Responsibilities:
Define the compiler product requirements based on customer feedback, market information, competitive analysis and field input. Drive these requirements through the product life cycle with a cross-functional and geographically distributed team.
Drive the go-to-market model for the Wind River compiler, including product packaging, pricing, licensing, and positioning. Work closely with the Wind River sales organization to provide sales and technical training.
Manage compiler business, providing quarterly updates on the status of the business to senior management and making recommendations on business improvements.
Developing long-term compiler strategy and business plan.

As a test engineer for industry leading compilers for embedded development, you will be responsible for running automated and manual tests, analyzing and communicating test results, adding new tests, and improving test infrastructure. You will also be responsible for releasing patches and full compiler releases to production.

Major Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the sophisticated compilation, code generation, and other tools of the Device Software Management technology line.
- Design and implement enhancements, based on marketing requirements and high level architectural specifications.
- Design and implement new tools and for Device Software Management technology line.

Complexity, Independence, Judgement & Accountability:
- Involves taking a problem with a multitude of solutions and determine the gaps in our technical assets that are critical to the product success
- Understands diverse Wind River and Linux technologies.
- Understands cross platform application development process.
- Ownership for achieving committed deliverables
