Description Software developers required with experience of C development. We are ideally looking for excellent C at application level ideally backed up by C++. Experience of debuggers or assemblers or GCC / scripting experience would be beneficial although not essential. Other relevant skills include full software life cycle, knowledge of source control (CVS, SVN, ClearCase, etc.), build (make, scons, etc.) and defect tracking systems. This is NOT an embedded development role. We need higher level application skills. You will be joining one of the worlds leading silicon technology developers and will be responsible for tool-chain, debugger and compiler development for shrink wrapped products that will be sold the world over. We are looking for an experienced VC++ , Perl software engineer who has a good appreciation for tools development. You will be working in Perl to develop next generation software tools for VC++ development of the Symbian OS.
