Stream Processors is an early stage fabless semiconductor company developing products set to revolutionize the DSP industry. The companys technology is based upon 10 years of groundbreaking multi-processor and compiler research at Stanford and MIT.
This position is part of the team developing tools that make it simple for DSP engineers to utilize the power of multi-processing. You will be responsible for the design, development and testing of tools that map C/C++ onto the Stream Processor architecture.
Qualifications
* 2 years writing compiler technology, particularly for VLIW, SIMD and multi-processing machines. Must have experience developing complex heuristic based algorithms for mapping and optimization.
* Experienced with embedded systems, particularly DSP, GCC & Linux.
* Demonstrated track record of successful development and deployment of C and/or C++ compilers.
Education:
MSCS or Ph.D. or equivalent.
