Description Reservoir Labs is an independent research firm specializing in compilers, verification, computer architecture, and systems technology. We focus on providing customized solutions for clients who want to maximize the performance and capability of their computing systems. In business for 17 years, we serve clients in industries ranging from computer manufacturers to financial services. Reservoir Labs is currently seeking Senior Engineers to work in the areas of compilers, verification and network security. We are currently tackling some of the most interesting and challenging problems in high performance computing, including: designing a streaming compiler for embedded systems; developing new cognitive architectures; and, designing simulators and software for advanced supercomputers. Qualifications Senior Engineers will work on a wide range of projects within small teams. Senior Engineers have frequent client interaction, and must be able to identify and effectively meet client needs. Senior Engineers also represent the company in conferences and industry forums. Senior Engineers may also have the opportunity to lead and manage projects.

Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years of software development experience, with a strong theoretical and systems background. We are looking particularly for candidates with expertise in one of the following areas: compilers, programming languages, automated reasoning, architecture, network security and verification. Excellent cognitive and communication skills are necessary. Must be able to work well independently and in a group environment.

In business for over 17 years, we serve clients in industries ranging from microprocessor design to financial services. We seek entry-level Engineers to join our growing business. In this position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with accomplished and dedicated engineers in diverse areas. Our recent projects include building a streaming compiler for embedded applications, developing a system for formal verification and planning, and designing simulators and software for a special-purpose supercomputer. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record in computer science or electrical engineering and experience with diverse programming languages and operating systems. We are seeking a candidate with a well-rounded computer science background; expertise in one specific area is not essential. We are especially interested in individuals with excellent oral and written communication skills, strong intellectual curiosity, and the desire to learn outside ones field of expertise.
