Qualifications
Degree in electronic engineering or similar
Minimum of 5 years experience in wireless/wireline communication systems or applications
An understanding of processor engines from a hardware and software programming standpoint
Applied experience in wireless and/or wireline telecommunication system design using ATM and IP protocols
DSP knowledge and experience would be desirable
Ideally experience of working directly with European Telecom customers
Fluent English and German, fluency in other European languages would be advantageous
Self driven individual, technical and commercial skill set which enables customer interaction at development engineering meetings

Degree in EE or similar

Good experience in User Interface SW development using some GUI API (MS-Windows 16 or 32 bit, Palm O.S., X-window system, Symbian)
Experience in configuration management systems

Provide technical support to one customer in all phases of the project with the overall goal of a successful product introduction and retaining the customer for the next generation
Customise and integrate support of real time protocol stack software
Work with the customer to identify how core software products can be used for new customer products or applications
Diagnose, analyse and resolve customer issues with software products in customer handsets and platforms
Participate in customer visits as required
Deliver support to assist the customer in integrating their changes
Qualifications
Relevant degree and a minimum of 4 years experience
Excellent software development skills with knowledge of real time software development in C, particularly hardware driver software

Analysis of requirements

Test and debug new code with GSM/GPRS/EDGE mobile test equipment (Anite systems, Rhode&Schwarz, Racal) in-house

Qualifications
